Step 1: Emergency Contact

The process starts once we receive a call. Our service representative will direct you through the situation & may ask various questions to help us better understand the equipment and resources needed.

Step 2: Inspection and Water Damage Assessment

We’ll determine the scope of your water damage at this stage. We’ll inspect & do testing to determine the extent of damage and how far the moisture has traveled to ensure proper and complete restoration.

Step 3: Water Removal/Extraction

The water removal process will begin almost immediately & will eliminate the bulk of the water. We’ll facilitate the use of pumps and vacuum units to promptly remove the water from your property, which will help prevent additional water damage and mold growth.

Step 4: Drying and Dehumidification

We’ll use specialized equipment to remove the remaining water that is harder to access by setting up air movers and dehumidifiers needed to dry your home or business.

Step 5: Restoration

Restoration is the process of restoring your home or business to its pre-loss condition. Restoration can involve minor repairs, such as replacing drywall & installing new flooring to major repairs, such as reconstruction to several areas in your home or business.
